My December
I’m just going to come out and say it, I like Kelly Clarkson. Her music. If one were to take a gander at my music tastes you’ll probably be surprised. On the other hand I’m not one to dismiss an artist just because she became famous due to her being on a crappy TV show.
My December is actually pretty good. Which makes her drama with the record label even less understandable. It shows just how much the music industry trusts their marketing department and research over their own artists. You know, the people who it’s supposedly all about when they’re suing your grandmother?
So, here’s to Kelly Clarkson, world famous and in-demand songstress standing up to label pressure.
